Sherlock and Watson are back with another classic mystery to solve.
This is the third year that Tread The Boards is returning with another Sherlock Holmes, Robert Moore is taking us back to the beginning in his adaptation of A Study In Scarlet. The story is narrated by Dr John Watson, more so than before this script offers lighter moments, as Watson is completely bewildered by this strange new man in his life, the infamous Sherlock Holmes.
Moore has expanded Mrs Hudson's role and the role of Inspector Gregson is being played by a female which Moore has had fun adapting. Because of the way society was in the 19th century, a female inspector isn't true to life; but onstage we can flip reality on it's head.
We finally meet Mycroft, Sherlock's big brother and Inspector Lestrade. The set and technical team will once again transport us to 221B Baker Street. We look forward to seeing you there!
