Safety precautions in place during the Covid-19 epidemic:​

• Tickets will not be available to purchase on the door. All tickets must be booked a minimum of 12 hours before the performance.

• Any persons with Covid19 or with possible symptoms are asked not to attend. Please contact the box office if this applies and we will arrange a transfer of tickets or refund.

• All bookings will be allocated a timed arrival slot. This will be sent to you 48 hours before the performance you have booked. We would be grateful if you arrive as close to your timed entry as possible so that we can manage the number of people arriving on site at any one time.

• Clear signage will be put up around the sites for health and safety purposes - we ask that you please adhere to all signage.

• A one way system will be in place across all venues to control the flow of people around the site.

• Hand sanitiser stations will be available across the sites.

• There will be clear markings on the ground showing where you are allowed to sit. Pods will be situated a safe distance apart and can contain a maximum of 6 people. A member of our Front of House team will take you to your allocated pod and once seated, you will not be able to leave your pod unless to use the facilities. People will not be allowed to travel between pods before, during or after the performance.

• If you do not adhere to social distancing rules, you will be asked to leave the site.

• Your details will be kept on file by the organisation you have booked through for Track and Trace purposes.

• The performance will take place as long as government guidelines allows. Should a local or national lockdown be enforced, the performance will be cancelled and ticket refunds given.
