Betwixt-and-Between's magical adaptation of J.M. Barrie's Peter Pan in Kensington Gardens is in town and the perfect introduction to the little known prequel to Peter Pan!
Mary doesn’t want to grow up, so has run away to the Kensington Gardens where her father, George, tells her the origin story of ‘the boy who wouldn’t grow up’.
Through games and songs they take a flight of imagination into Peter Pan’s earliest adventures: living in the park with Solomon Caw, the talking crow, building a boat and meeting the Queen of the fairies.
As Peter finds his wings, Mary discovers the value of home and family and realises that you don't have to run away to find out that ‘to live is an awfully BIG adventure’.
Betwixt-and-Between invite you to fly away with them on this 60-minute story-telling adventure.
With original music, puppets and wonderful characters it's a great show for kids, but filled with the signature wit and nostalgia that makes it a treat for all ages.
Bring the whole family along this autumn to hear the story of Peter Pan you probably don’t know!
